What we don't do
We do not create visual designs, build websites, or guarantee specific conversion results. The service is an optimization recommendation engine.
3. User Accounts
Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Responsibility
You accept responsibility for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing & Billing
Fees are in USD. Payments are handled via PayPal/Polar. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery of AI-generated content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for reports already generated.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancel any time via account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
- No illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized use.
- No reverse engineering or source code extraction.
- No reselling or white-labeling without permission.
- No content violating third-party IP rights.
- No spam, phishing, or deceptive marketing.
- No automated scripts, bots, or excessive API calls.
6. Intellectual Property
Service Ownership: CRO Booster retains all rights to the Platform, including AI models, prompts, and software.
Generated Content: You own the AI-generated copy produced for you. We grant you full commercial rights to use and distribute this content.
Input Data: You retain ownership of URLs and business data submitted. You grant us a limited license to process this solely to generate your reports.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". We do not guarantee specific conversion outcomes, 100% accuracy of AI content, or uninterrupted operation.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
